Monday, March 16, 2009

9:30am Project Basho/ Personal Project waiting for Takashi preparing the metal sheet for my Daguerreotype Photo shoot that is schedule for 10:00am which probably won’t happen until 10:30am because of the intense photographic processes involve with coating the silver plated copper.

11:00am Finished / It took 10 minutes for two shots I’m exhausted it’s a very mean feat for me to stand still for 3 minute 10 minutes for one shot hoo boy!

/ Daguerreotypes, known for their distinctive mirror-like quality, are one of the first photographic processes made on silver plated copper. Takashi Arai
