XIX RESTAURANT.  Last night some of the most interesting women in Philadelphia’s fashion elite joined together at the XIX Restaurant to unveil the 2011 XIX Most Fashionable Women in Philadelphia, presented by Mary K. Dougherty and internationally recognized designer, Nicole Miller.  The event is cleverly tied in with the title of the XIX Fashionable Women (get it? 19 at club 19?). So, 19 women received accolades and a star in recognition of their individual fashion style.

XIX Restaurant is really one of the most exquisite luxurious and comfortable restaurants in the City with some of the best vistas.  As a photographer I like the myriad angles one could photograph with the right subjects. I think it would be great if I could spend the night watching the city from one of the balconies.

Later, the party went downstairs to The Palm (Palm is Da Bomb with its great cuisine, the lamb chops… the lamb chops)  for the Red Carpet Arrivals and Nicole Miller  unveiling her Caricature. There were so many women making great fashion statements and the food was fantastic.
