August 1, 2012 Fall Fashion and Style 2012 returns


THE SOFITEL HOTEL  |  FALL FASHION AND STYLE 2012 RETURNS

WEDNESDAY.  Morning in the French Quarter (17th & Samson Streets) at the Sofitel Hotel the City of Philadelphia and the Center City District announced, for the first time, that the City will participate in Fashion’s Night Out starting September 6th, 2012.

Mayor Micheal Nutter | FALL FASHION AND STYLE RETURNS 2012

Fashion’s Night Out “was designed to restore confidence in the creative economy and stimulate the growth of the retail industry in the midst of a great economic crisis”  Mayor Michael Nutter said at the press conference.  “Philadelphia is now able to show the World we are a city that’s ready to assume it rightful place among the fashion capitals of the world. Whether it’s new York or Paris or London or Milan, we are a city of creative ingenuity and entrepreneurship.”
