Last night at VIE Philadelphia’s most talented chefs went head to head in a cooking battle for a great cause. Benefiting the Philadelphia Friendship Circle and other social and educational programs of Lubavitch Bucks County, Bubby’s Cook Off was a fun competition featuring modern Jewish fare from some of the area’s finest cooks.

Competing Chefs: Jayson Grossberg (Executive Chef of Cescaphe Event Group), Yehuda Sichel (Executive Chef of Citron Rose), Guillermo Pernot (James Beard Award-winner and Chef-Partner of Cuba Libre Restaurant and Rum Bar), Jean-Marie Lacroix (James Beard Award-winner and Chef-Partner of Brulee Catering), Mike Deganis (Executive Chef of Alla Spina, a Betri Family Restaurant) and Shane Cash (Executive Chef of Rat’s Restaurant).
