JOAN SHEPP. Finally, the right spot! Joan Shepp has moved to a new location from the Shops at Liberty Place to, a much better suited, 1811 Chestnut street (right across the street from Boyds Philadelphia). The place is huge, tastefully done and not just linear it has three levels and a beautiful back garden; I’m reminded of being at the Barnes Foundation.
