CRYSTAL TEA ROOM.  One of the best events of the year, the 22nd anniversary of  “Hair O’ The Dog 2016 ~Winter Party”  was celebrated on the 9th floor in the Crystal Tea Room (the Old Wanamaker Building) last night.
