10 AVENUE OF THE ARTS. Part of the $24 million dollar redesign of the Ritz Carlton “Aqimero” was a blast Thursday evening with seafood, steaks, ribs and poultry samplings from their wood-burning grill. Guests were truly “enlightened” with authentic coastal Latin cuisine.
“Aqimero will bring the Latin American ritual of the meal to Philadelphia in a modern and sustainable way,” said Executive Chef Richard Sandoval.
