Sep 21, 2016 Phashion Phest 2016 at the Observation Deck

OBSERVATION DECK.  Wednesday evening, Hump Day, VIP’s and attendees enjoyed a fashion show overlooking the city and later the party continued downstairs in the Rotunda at the Shops at Liberty Place.
